Sessions

The mind is often so burden that it is impossible to relax and come into peace, and it is not possible to know who we are if the mind cannot be at ease and transparent for a moment.

So I work with trauma, early life decisions, shock and Gestalt Therapy to help removing obstacles so meditation and clarity can arise. It can be one sessions or a longer program depending on the situation.

A session is 700, DKK unless something else is arranged.

I am giving these sessions in in Gilleleje and also in other places I am visiting in connection with courses and satsangs. For people coming to Gilleleje from outside Denmark it is possible to stay over night at a local Bed & Breakfast nearby . For more information about Gilleleje and staying overnight click here.
